Concrete Aprons
Water & Drainage Management
Its primary job is to shed rainwater and runoff away from the home’s foundation to prevent soil erosion and basement flooding.
Foundation
Protection
By moving water away, it limits the expansion and contraction of the soil surrounding the foundation, which reduces the chance of foundation cracking.
Pest & Weed
Control
It creates a solid barrier that deters bugs and weeds from getting right up against your exterior walls.
So happy with our new driveway Ryan made for us! Such a lovely guy who helped bring my vision alive. Couldn’t be happier, highly recommended!!

Why choose a concrete apron?
Concrete aprons are functional, unattached concrete slabs poured around the perimeter of a new home or at the base of a driveway. They primarily protect the foundation from water damage and provide a clean, mud-free walkway around the house
Our Process
01.
Site Inspection and Quote
We visit your property to assess the site, take measurements, discuss your goals, and provide a transparent, fixed quote with no hidden surprises.
02.
Ground Preparation & Base
Excavation, compaction, and base preparation are where good concrete jobs are made. We get the prep right, so the slab sits on a solid, properly drained foundation.
03.
Formwork & Reinforcement
Accurate formwork shapes the pour. Steel reinforcement is placed to spec to control cracking and provide structural integrity for the life of the slab.
04.
Concrete Pour and Finishing
The pour itself is where preparation meets timing. We pour, screed, and finish to the agreed specification, working within the curing window to deliver a clean, consistent finish.
05.
Curing and Final Inspection
Concrete needs time and the right conditions to reach full strength. We manage the curing process, then walk the finished job with you to confirm it has been delivered to standard.
